Water: Likes to have moist soil at all times. Water when top few cm have dried out. Willy the worm water sensor is a great accessory for this plant. 
Light: You will get the best colour from your polka dot plant when you keep it somewhere with low lighting.
Humidity: Regular humidity is sufficient.
